Delivery Coverage
We deliver across most serviceable locations in India. Delivery availability depends on the courier service in your area. If your location is not serviceable, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Mumbai: 1–3 Business Days
- Rest of India: 3–7 Business Days

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Free shipping offers, when available, will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via Email and/or WhatsApp. You may also contact our support team with your Order ID for shipment updates.
Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos or an unboxing video. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
